How do I care for the clothing?

Print care instructions

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.

How long will it take to get my order?

The order is processed within 24 hours. It will take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. 


97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

How long do I have to return the product? 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Where am I returning my order to?

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address is 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

 

 How do I get an exchange?

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at brokenfinbrand@gmail.com

I ordered the wrong size.

If you ordered the wrong size you will have to return you ordered. Then you will have to reorder in the correct size you wish for.
